Settings

The /le settings command holds the preferences you set for yourself. They follow your account, not the world you are in, and survive a restart.

/le settings timezone [zone|auto]​

Shows or sets the time zone used for the dates and times the plugin shows you — the date an achievement was unlocked, and any condition about the hour of day.

Arguments​

Examples​

/le settings timezone                  → shows the zone currently in use
/le settings timezone Europe/Paris     → sets yours
/le settings timezone auto             → forget your choice, let the server work it out

Where your zone comes from​

In order:

  1. The zone you set yourself, which always wins and is never overwritten.
  2. A zone worked out from your connection, if the server operator enabled that. It is refreshed about once a month, in the background, and your address is never stored — only the resulting zone.
  3. The server's own zone, when neither applies.

If the automatic guess is wrong — a VPN, or you are travelling — just set yours by hand. auto undoes that and hands the question back to the server.
